The catering businesses Grand Café by Red Beef, Um Plateau and Specto (chef Morris Clip) are part of a large 1,800 sq m foodhall in the Bertrange shopping centre. It was worked on for 2.5 years and is now "finished":: G.A.N.G in het Belle Etoile winkelcentrum.
G.A.N.G consists of 2 restaurants, 1 bar and 1 foodhall. The name G.A.N.G. stands for Générosité, Amour, Nourriture et Goût, explains Stéphanie Jauquet, who set up the project with Salvatore Barberio. "This name is a reference to the bonds of friendship that unite us, but also to the grouping of different concepts through which we want to highlight the collaborators of our brands".
This foodhall will serve breakfast, barista, pizza, pasta, rotisserie, burger, Asian dishes and also a beer bar any time of the day. G.A.N.G at La Belle Etoile, every day from 8am to 1am.
